The ultrasonic-net-sealing machine USG640 was designed to pack different product like cheese fingers and garlic into extruded PE net material. Throughout the horizontal method of operation it is possible to pack „difficult“ products in automatic, which often only can be packed with semi-automatic machinery.
Through the robust construction and the state-of-the-art building the machine is almost maintenance-free. All operating parameters are displayed or edited with the user-friendly ‘Touch-panel‘. By this a continuous control of the function and capacity of the machine is guaranteed. The product is portioned and feed into the feeding-tray by a prior machine. This will be driven trough the net tube by a servo-toothbelt-drive. In the end position the product is pushed to the net pneumatically, simoultaneously the feeding-tray will be taken away. At the time the product is off the feeding-tray it will be clamped pneumatically, and the feeding-tray will return to the home position. If the feeding-tray has moved back far enough the net is gathered pneumatically by means of special collecting fingers. After the seal function is started, the net is cutted by a separately controlled net cutting knife between the two adjacent sealpoints. After sealing and cooling down the net collector opens again. A label-feed can be mounted optionally. This can be either a stripe or a wineglas type label in different dimensions.
